Online Consignor®: Consignment information & Policies:
•Factors that determine consignment rate: urgency, agreement to price reductions, size of item, need for item, quantity of item and general uniqueness. Online Consignor® reserves the right to offer a sales opportunity with specific terms and can choose not accept the offer. However, when agreement is confirmed, Online Consignor® will perform its duties, as stated, with diligence, expertise and professionalism. We are committed to matching our buyers and sellers.

•Online Consignor® has requirements. In order to best serve you, our statistics reveal that item(s) with a minimum of $100.00 in value, with a small to medium size, are preferred. Items that fall under the description of collectible, antique, vintage, pop culture, books, dinnerware or rarely found items have proven success with our site. We do offer options for items less than $100.00 in value. Contact Online Consignor® to have a profit estimate conducted, and we can customize a marketing campaign, if it meets our general criteria. Larger items, such as furniture, prints, art, or any items of relative size, will be kept with the seller until a buyer is found. Online Consignor® makes the final judgement and reserves the right to refuse consignment as its policies and procedures desire. •Online Consignor® charges a one-time $25.00 administrative fee. This fee is used in the appraisal, research, digitizing, uploading, marketing campaign & advertising process. The administrative fee is deducted from the final commission owed. Profit is paid to seller after sales transaction is completed, less any remaining fees.

•Online Consignor® offers competitive consignment charges: (20%), (30%), (40%). These variable charges allow us to serve you better by customizing a marketing campaign to suit your needs.

•We offer in-store consignment on a ‘case by case’ basis. Due to our expansive inventory in our store location, we are unable to accept all items for consignment. We developed Online Consignor® to help those that want to find a buyer, want fair rates and the convenience of having more control of the item. However, we can offer the option of housing the item in our showroom, factors are determined by: available space, urgency, value, item type and sales history. In-store consignment rates are (50%). We need to compensate for the use of the square footage. •Seller is given options to reduce pricing on a 30-60-90-day price reduction interval. Reductions will determine commission (%). Willingness to reduce prices, can help in negotiating a lesser consignment percentage. The more urgent the circumstances will require more aggressive marketing. Willingness to find the specific price point favors the seller in consignment charges. •Seller pays: commission, administrative fee, (3%) convenience fee (if paid with debit or credit). We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & PayPal. Seller is expected to make item(s) available for pick-up or showing. We will notify you of all inquiries and transactions, quickly arranging transfer of items to buyers. •Buyer pays: sales tax, shipping or delivery charges, if needed. Ultimately, buyer is responsible for receiving the item after it is purchased. Online Consignor® is responsible for arranging transport, while buyer is responsible for paying any shipping expenses. Our delivery service charges $40.00 per delivery. Refer to shipping providers for current rates and policies. •Online Consignor® has the right to refuse any service at any time, for whatever reason we deem suitable. Our company policy is that we do not offer service to those wishing to sell stolen property, sexual content, lewd topics, bad language, poor taste, illegal items or bad-quality items. Online Consignor® has final interpretation of questionable items and has the right to make decisions accordingly. If an item is flagged prior to the completion of the marketing campaign, the $25 administrative fee will be promptly returned. If Online Consignor chooses not to participate in selling an item, after the marketing plan has been completed; the $25 administrative fee still applies; for services rendered. •If an able and willing buyer is found prior to the negotiated selling term ends, and the seller refuses to sell the item; the $25 administrative fee will not be returned to seller. Online Consignor® deems performance as finding a willing buyer, during the selling term, within the acceptable price range with profit estimate. ‘Price range’ is defined as a 10% variable swing from the original price, or subsequent price reductions.
